• On successful registration of the domain names, we will host the customer's domain name for the initial registration period.
• If the customer is found violating the terms, then we are subjected to cancel the registration or we can cease the hosting process.
• Once the domain name is hosted we will notify you. Your domain name will be registered for a particular registration period, unless you deny the service before the registration period, you will be charged for renewal. You will be charged at the start of the registration/billing cycle.
• If you find any issues with the .com, .net and .org as well as .info, .biz and .name domains, it will be resolved under the name of https://www.icann.org
• The Customer is allowed to transfer the domain names to another company on terminating our service.
• We also protect transfers with the help of transfer lock, so that your domain is secured from third parties.

• All payments should be made in advance and it is non-refundable.
• If we choose to cease your service or cancel your service other than you violating our terms, we will provide refunds on a pro-rated basis.
• You will be refunded if you are willing to temporarily terminate the service or to stop making use of any of the features associated with the service.

• Payments for all services are made only on demand
• We generate an invoice for the next service period unless you cancel the service. All invoices will be sent to you via mail or you can also download it from https://cockpit.sathyainfo.com. We do send any invoices by posts.
• Once the invoice is delivered, the amount will be taken automatically and we do not refund. In case the automatic payment is failed, it is considered overdue and you should make payment immediately
• You can use any payment option. If you are not a cardholder then make sure you and the cardholder accept the terms
• If the payment is not done properly or the outstanding payment is not made, then we can cancel your service at any time.
• In case of reactivation of the services, you will have to make additional charges
• You are requested to provide valid contact details and payment method during the registration process, else we will terminate your service.
• If you are willing to change or cancel the current payment method then you will have to notify us of your new payment method.
• If your payments are done by third parties kindly accept to their terms too and we are not responsible for any third party services.
• If you fail to make the payments on total, then we will suspend or cancel your service.

If you withdraw any payments made via bank, credit card or third parties, then we will suspend your service or charge a fee to re-continue. Make sure you make the outstanding payments too without fail.

We provide excellent services at all time, but if you face any disrupts due to scheduled maintenance, we make sure we do the following to ensure better service.
